Janice Kay Cretel age 59 of Clinton, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2017 at her home. Janice Kay Cretel was born on February 27, 1958 in Omaha, Nebraska.  She was the daughter of Mertyl Francis Patton Quinn and Clifford Douglas Quinn.  She has 3 sisters; Jean Coffey and husband Kenny Coffey of Warsaw, Missouri, Janie Benton and husband Larry Benton of Lowell, North Carolina, and deceased sister, Judy Vanderpool.  One brother, Jerry Quinn, also preceded her in death.

She married Marceau Phillip Cretel on August 18, 1978, and he survives her.  Other survivors include 2 sons, Steven Cretel and wife Penny Cretel, and Joseph Cretel and wife Tammy Cretel.  5 granddaughters; Callie Bishop, Julie Jones, Catherine Cretel, Amy Jones, and Emily Cretel.  2 grandsons, Matthew Cretel and Wyatt Cochran, and 1 great grandson, Jase Brodal.

She was a very good friend to others and will be very much missed.
