Jane Ellen Sanders, age 73, of Clinton, Missouri passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Westwood Living Center in Clinton, Missouri. Graveside service will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at Parks Chapel Cemetery, Tightwad. Jane was one of a twin; they were born on April 24, 1948 to V.S. (Curley) Hood and Leta (Foster Hood) Crooks.

Jane accepted our LORD JESUS CHRIST and was baptized by Rev. Hyde in Ralph Charles pond at the age of 12. Her faith in God has kept her strong all thru her life. Jane and sister Julia graduated from Windsor High School in 1966. Jane lived all her life in Henry County, Missouri. Jane started her career at Town and Country Nursing Home after graduation, from there she went to West Central, then KFC as a supervisor, Parmlee's in Windsor, and last, a short time at Casey's.

Jane loved people but her children and grandchildren and great grandbabies were her passion.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Cora and brother Junior Hood and grandbaby Taylor M. Williams.

Jane is survived by her 5 children; Mark (Catherine) Hood of Georgetown, Texas, Joseph Albin of Clinton, Missouri, David (Rebecca) Albin of Lowry City, Missouri, Russel Sanders of Odessa, Missouri, and Diana Jane (Sanders) Cassidy and husband Brian of Pembroke, Georgia, 6 grandchildren, Lukus, Bryon and Becca Albin; Skylar C. and Hunter J. Williams, 5 great-great  grandchildren, 3 siblings, Robert (Janice) Hood; twin sister Julia (John) Snethens and Janet Young, along with many cousins and other family members.
