Kenneth Hunter, age 81 of Clinton, Missouri passed away Saturday, December 27, 2008 at Golden Living Center-
Westwood, Clinton, Missouri.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 31, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Vansant-Mills Chapel with burial at Engelwood Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Chapel. Family suggests contributions to the Gideons International or the Shawnee Mound Cumberland Presbyterian Church which may be left at the funeral home. Kenneth was born in Henry County, Missouri. He was a member of the Shawnee Mound Cumberland Presbyterian Church and the Gideons International.

He is survived by his wife, Doris of the home; one son, David Kenneth Hunter and wife, Gigi of Fair Grove, Missouri; one daughter, Mary Lyn Childs and husband, Charles of Gladstone, Missouri; one brother, W. Carroll Hunter and wife, Linda of Kansas City, Missouri; three grandchildren, Clinton Kenneth Hunter and wife, Rachel, Jordan David Hunter and Andrew Charles Childs and wife, April and an expected great grandchild Childs; brother-in-law, Max Lindauer of Washington, Missouri, sister-in-law, Wanda Hunter of Independence, Missouri and brother and sister-in-law, Paul Farnsworth and wife, Shirley of Pleasant Hill, Missouri as well as a number of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
