James R. Eaton III, age 48 years, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away July 19, 2015. Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 25, 2015 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel in Clinton, Missouri. A visitation will be held 6-8:00 P.M. Friday, July 24,2015 also at the Chapel. Interment will be in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton, Missouri. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to James Eaton III Memorial Fund and may be left in care of the funeral home. James was born June 29, 2015 in St. Louis, Missouri the son of James Russell Eaton, Jr. and Mary L. (Roettgen) Eaton. James was a workaholic. He loved to work. Over the years he was employed with many different companies including Sherman's Heating and Plumbing, Eaton Corp., and Advanced Design, just to name a few. James had a jovial demeanor. He was an experienced builder and a talented musician. He especially enjoyed playing the organ. James attended the Atlanta West Pentecostal Church, Atlanta, Georgia.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Among survivors are his children, Jerod and Kalie Eaton of Atlanta, Georgia, a granddaughter Makenzie Eaton , his parents, James and Mary Eaton of Clinton, Missouri, and one brother, Timothy Eaton (Jessica) of Clinton, Missouri.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton, Missouri.
