Iva E. Davis, age 93 of Clinton, Missouri passed away July 6, 2007. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton. Family will receive friends one hour before the service on Wednesday at the chapel. Graveside services will be 4:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Buckner Cemetery, Buckner, Missouri.

Iva was born in Sibley, Missouri the daughter of William Alfred and Edith L. Paxton Hughes. She was married to Willard Davis who preceded her in death in 2003. She worked for the Bendix Corporation for 22 years before retiring in l980. She and Willard lived in Independence, Missouri and Warsaw, Missouri before moving to Clinton ten years ago. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Buckner, Missouri and the VFW Auxiliary, Clinton.

She is survived by her daughter, Kay Steinhauser Perkins and husband, Robert of Green Valley, Arizona; a grandson, Jon Doughlas (Michelle) Perkins and great grandson, Jon Doulgas Perkins, Jr. all of Tallahassee, Florida and another grandson, Charles Michael (Tara) Perkins of San Carlos, California and a sister-in-law, Marjorie Hughes of Higginsville, Missouri.
