Irene O. Simpson, age 92 of Clinton, Missouri passed away Monday, February 13, 2012 at Golden Living Center-Westwood, Clinton. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 17, 2012 at Clinton United Methodist Church, Clinton, Missouri with interment in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton. Visitation will be one hour prior to service also at the church. Irene was born in Urich, Missouri the daughter of Leslie and Leona (Caldwell) Gragg. She was a member of the Clinton United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Cecil; one grandson, Rodney Dunn; three brothers, Bob Gragg, Pete Gragg and Glenn Gragg and two sisters, Marie Norris and Ola Mae Sheffield.

Survivors include her children, Dottie Dunn and husband Dale of Urich, Missouri, Del Simpson of Clinton, Missouri, and Eugene Simpson of Springfield, Missouri;
brother Bill Gragg of Independence, Missouri; six grandchildren Kendal, Kyle, Cheri, Shelly, Jana, and Mark; and nine great-grandchildren, Sierra, Carson, Trevor, Jeremy, Corey, Isaac, Michael, Kayla, and Alex.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton.
