Helen M. Honn, age 82 years, passed away Sunday, March 9, 2014 at Carmel Hills Nursing Home, Independence, Missouri. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, Missouri. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Clinton Memory Gardens, Clinton, Missouri. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the ASPCA and may be left in care of the funeral home. Helen was born September 23, 1931 in Independence, Missouri the daughter of Louis and Ruby (Ent) Webb. She was a volunteer at Centerpoint hospital for over 25 years. Helen loved meeting new people-she never met a stranger. Also she was an avid bird watcher and enjoyed her daily two-mile walks.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers; George, Kenneth, and Paul Webb.

Survivors include her husband, Pete of the home; 3 daughters, Debbie (Gene) Flathers of Kansas City, Missouri, Patty Folsom of Independence, Missouri, and Mary Beth (Richard) Day of Sandia, Texas; and 2 grandchildren, Shannon and Caitlin.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton, Missouri.
