Glen Eldon Cooper, Sr., age 84, of Clinton, Missouri passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at St. Lukes Hospital Kansas City, Missouri. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, July 20, at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton. The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, and may be left in care of Vansant-Mills Funeral Home. Glen worked as a mechanic for Stayton Chevrolet and Titus Trucking. He was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harley Paul Cooper and Edith Lorine (Williams) Cooper; his brother, Charles Cooper, and a nephew, Tommy Cooper.

Among survivors include his wife; Juanita Marie (Harrelson) Cooper of the home: two sons, Gary Cooper of the home and Glenn E. Cooper, Jr. and wife Mary of White Water, Colorado; one sister, Phyllis Puckett of Clinton, Missouri and a number of nieces and nephews.
