Georgia L. Reeves, age 88, Clinton, Missouri passed away Thursday, October 31, 2019 at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital, Clinton, Missouri. Memorial services will be 3pm, Saturday, November 9, 2019 at First Presbyterian Church, Clinton.  Visitation will be 2-3pm prior to service also at the church.  Memorial contributions can be made to C.A.R.E.(Clinton Animal Rescue Endeavor) and may be left in care of Vansant-Mills Funeral Home, Clinton.  Fond memories and condolences may be left online at www.vansant-millsfuneralhome.com .

Georgia Lee Walker Reeves, also know as Snooks, or Snookie, was born on April 7, 1931 to Oscar and Hazel B. Walker in Osceola, Missouri. She moved to Kansas City at an early age, met and married Robert V. Reeves at age 15. She lived in several states as a Navy wife. When Bob retired after 20 years in the Navy they settled in Overland Park, Kansas to be near family where they both worked another 20 years, then retired to Table Rock Lake in southern Missouri. Then finally settling in Clinton, Missouri for the past 23 years, again to be near to family.

Georgia is survived by daughter's, Sherry (Raymond) Hartner of Clinton, Pam (Bob) Burgess of Springhill, Kansas and Angie (Jim) of Baggs, Wyoming. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, a dear aunt, Lorene Walter of Clinton, 1 sister, Junes Reeves of Bedford, Texas, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many good friends.

Georgia was preceded in death by her husband, Bob, grandson, Casey Hartner, son-in-law, Mitch Harding, parents, 2 sisters, several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and her best friend, Jenny Andreasen.
