Gene E. Busker, age 75 years, of Clinton, Missouri passed away Friday, January 2, 2015 at Golden Living Center-Westwood, Clinton, Missouri. Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, January 9, 2015 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, Missouri. The family will receive friends Thursday, January 8, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 P.M., also at the Chapel. Interment will be in Vansant Road Cemetery, Clinton, Missouri. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Vansant Road Cemetery and may be left in care of the funeral home. Gene was born March 26, 1939 in Fulton, Missouri the son of Ernest and Eva (Smith) Busker. He and his wife, Patsy, owned and operated Pat's Lawn and Garden Store in Clinton for 27 years. Gene was a member of Eagle's Lodge, Clinton Main Street, and Grace Community Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Patsy, in May of 2013, and a daughter, Brenda Gay Busker.

Survivors include one brother Thomas D.Busker of Butler Mo.; one son, David Busker (Amy) of St. Louis, Missouri; two daughters, Susan McKim (Steve) of Montrose, Missouri and Karen VanWyk (Dries)of Davenport, Florida; 8 grandchildren, Amanda Sargent (Jeff), Amy Richcreek (Kyle), Andrew Moser (Brittany), Daniel VanWyk (Casey), Matthew Ackerman, and Eva, Paige, and Arden Busker; and 6 great-grandchildren, Abbigail and Elijah Sargent, Andrea VanWyk, Atticus Ackerman, and Skylar, Rosalie, and Alexander Gene VanWyk.
