Francis L. Long age 92, of Urich, Missouri passed away at Glendale Gardens, Clinton, Missouri, on Friday, October 1, 2010. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at Vansant-Mills Chapel with burial in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton. He will lie-in-state from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, October 4, 2010 at Vansant-Mills Chapel. Francis was born in Urich, Missouri where he farmed most of his life.

He is survived by his daughter, Linda Plumlee; two grandsons, Brian Plumlee and wife, Teresa of Urich, Missouri and Brandon Plumlee and wife, Aimee of Rogersville, Missouri as well as three great grandchildren, Quintin Plumlee, Nate Plumlee and Lauren Plumlee.
