Evelyn Sapp, age 88 of Montrose, Missouri passed away Sunday, January 20, 2013 at St. Luke's Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M., Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, Missouri with visitation held one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Montrose Cemetery, Montrose, Missouri. Memorial Contributions can be made to the American Heart Association and may be left in care of funeral home. Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents Willie and Pearl (Nida) Landes, husband Raymond Sapp, four brothers Charles Landes, Uel Landes, Ray Landes and Christian Landes, as well as two sisters, Charlotte Stoneking and Esta Thornburg.

Among survivors include her children, Darrell Sapp, Sr. and Norman Sapp, both of Montrose, Missouri and Beverly Tribble of Clinton, Missouri; brother-in-law Harold Sapp of Clinton, Missouri; sister-in-law Marjorie Williams of Raytown, Missouri; 11 grandchildren, 17 greatgrandchildren and three great great grandchildren as well as two more great great grandchildren on the way.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton.
