Evelyn N. Gordon, age 79 of Clinton, Missouri (formerly of Deepwater, Missouri) passed away Thursday, April 28, 2011 at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital, Clinton. Graveside Services will be Monday, May 2, 2011, 2:30 p.m. at the Deepwater Cemetery, Deepwater, Missouri. Evelyn was born in Deepwater, Missouri the daughter of Jess and Faye (Adams) Brubeck. She was a member of the 15th Street Baptist Church, Kansas City, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jess and Faye Burbeck; husband, William Harold Gordon; one son, J.R. Gordon; four sisters, Bonnie, Clayta, Norma and Joan; and one brother Delbert Brubeck.

Evelyn is survived by her two daughters, Teresa Hahn and Jackie Younger, both of Clinton; one sister, Janice Williams of Kansas City, Missouri; as well as nine grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.
