Evea Park, age 95 of Clinton, Missouri passed away April 7, 2007 at Beverly Living Center-Westwood, Clinton, Missouri. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Tuesday at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton with burial in Clinton Memory Gardens Cemetery, Clinton. Evea will lie in state from 12 Noon to 5:00 P.M. Monday at the chapel. Family suggests contributions to Twin Lakes Hospice and may be left at the funeral home.

Evea worked at the Wetzel Hospital as an L.P.N., working in obstetrics and as a surgical nurse. She assisted in delivering eleven of her seventeen grandchildren. She was a member of the Clinton Christian Church and the Credo Bible Study Club.

Evea was preceded in death by her husband, Henry, daughter Betty Sue Roberts, one grandson Bobby Woods, one great grandson Zack Palmer, her parents, one sister, and three brothers.

Evea is survived by five children, JoAnn and husband Rolla Underwood of Blue Springs, Roma and husband Cletus Woods of Clinton, Henry and wife Kay Ann Park of Independence, Leroy and wife Jane Park of Lake Winnebago and Gary and wife Deana Park of Clinton; one son-in-law, Charles Roberts of Holden; 15 grandchildren; Jacki Terryberry, Roger Underwood, Sondra Simpson, Randall Underwood, Cleta Lorenz, Dixie Wirsig, Lisa Carl, Tammy Park, Keith Park, Connie Fundenburger, Jill Phillips, Philip Roberts, Garyn Park, Derick Park, and Alissa Brownfield, 28 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; one niece and three nephews.
