Erma Faye Gardner, age 66 of Topeka, Kansas went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at Midland Hospice, Topeka, Kansas. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 6, 2013 at Bethel Campground Church, Edwards, Missouri with burial in Bethel Campground Cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour before the service on Saturday at the church. Erma was born August 12, 1946 in Warsaw, Missouri the daughter of Leland and Erma (Cooper) Sledd.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and 3 brothers, James L. Sledd, David R. Sledd and Donnie D. Sledd.

Erma is survived by one son, Dale H. Gardner of Topeka, Kansas; two daughters, Yvonne M Gardner of Topeka and Tawnya L. Gardner of Kansas City, Kansas; four brothers, Mike Sledd of Dearborn, Missouri, Johnny Sledd of Shalom, Arkansas, Darryl Sledd of Bonner Springs, Kansas and Danny Sledd of Edwards, Missouri; eight sisters. Darlene Hiatt and Rosie Maxwell, both of Kansas City, Kansas, Leila Ragan, Angie Manie and Lisa Sledd, all of Clinton, Missouri and Tammy Reed and Stacey Polly, both of Warsaw, Misosuri and Sheila Lee of Overland Park, Kansas as well as nine grandchildren, Desiree, Season, Jewell, Summer, Desni, Dana, Jasmine, Rowan and Travis and two great grandchildren.
