Emma "Jean" Collins, age 66 of Clinton, Missouri passed away Thursday, November 10, 2011 at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital, Clinton. Funeral Services will be Monday, November 14, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, with burial in Clinton Memory Gardens Cemetery, Clinton. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 13, 2011 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Vansant-Mills Chapel. Jean was born in Bethany, Missouri the daughter of Charles Howard and Temple Louise (Swift) Conrad. She was married to James O. Collins. She had a cleaning business before retiring. She was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary and Northeast Baptist Church both of Clinton.

Jean was preceded in death by her father, Charles Howard Conrad and her uncle, Francis Swift.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Collins of the home; son, James Conrad Collins and wife, Jodi, of Independence, Missouri; daughter, Kimberly Linette Haverland and husband, Gary, of Lowry City, Missouri; mother, Temple Louise Conrad of Clinton; brother, Kirby Conrad of Kansas City, Missouri; as well as nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
