Liz was born on November 5, 1937 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Duke and Virginia Willis. Survivors include 2 daughters, Susan (Dan) Smith, Warsaw, Mary (Jim) Morgan, Kansas City, 2 sons, Chuck (Jenny) Ragusa, Kansas City, and Mark Ragusa, Kansas City, 2 brothers, John (Veryl) Willis, Clinton, Steve (Patty) Willis, Blue Springs, 1 sister, Barb (Jack) Stowe, Kansas City, sister-in-law, Diana Willis, 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephew and cousins.

Liz was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ragusa, both parents and 1 brother, Dennis Willis.
