Edwin Fowler age 66, of Clinton, Missouri, passed away Monday, May 9, 2011 at St. Luke's Plaza Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri. Funeral services will be Thursday, May 12, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, Missouri. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the Vansant-Mills Chapel. Edwin was born in Clinton, Missouri the son of Edwin L. and Evelyn Jean (Franck) Fowler. He served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He worked sales in hardware. He was a member of New Salem Baptist Church.

Edwin was preceded in death by his father, Edwin L. Fowler.

He is survived by his mother, Evelyn Fowler of Clinton; two daughters, Tara Fowler and her finace', Zach McCullough of Clinton and Kristi Kruse and husband Josh of Brooking, South Dakota; one sister, Sharon Temple and husband Don of Holly Lake Ranch, Texas; one nephew, Garrett Temple and wife Amy and family, Colin and Landry of Mansfield, Texas; one niece Stacey McCrow and husband Eric and family, Court and Myka of Leander, Texas as well as numerous extended family members.
