Dwight K. Middaugh, age 75 years, passed away Friday, March 24, 2017 at Kindred Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri.  Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, Missouri.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.  Interment will follow in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton, Missouri.  The family suggests memorial contributions to Butterfield Youth Services and may be left in care of the funeral home.  Fond memories and condolences can be left online at www.vansant-millsfuneralhome.com .

Dwight was born November 21, 1941 in Clinton, Missouri the son of Henry and Estha (Shoemaker) Middaugh.  He loved to hunt, fish, golf, shoot skeet, and watch NASCAR.  In his later years he enjoyed farming.

Dwight was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by one sister, Dana Norcross of Peculiar, Missouri, 3 nephews; Ronald Norcross (Margaret) of Peculiar, Missouri, Todd Norcross (Beverly) of Belton, Missouri and Randy Norcross of Peculiar, Missouri, 4 great-nephews; Seth Norcross, Jordan Norcross, Ian Norcross, and Colin Norcross, as well as a host of other extended family and friends.
