Donna Faye Sell, age 79 years, of Clinton, passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at St. Lukes East Hospital, Lee's Summit, Missouri.  Memorial service will be 11:00AM, Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Vansant-Mills Funeral Chapel, Clinton, Missouri.  Visitation will be 10:30-11:00AM prior to funeral service.
Family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Clinton Eagles Club and may be left in care of Vansant-Mills Funeral Home, Clinton.

Donna was born in 1937 in Odessa, Missouri to Kirby L. Smith and Essie F. (Halsey) Smith.  She was married to Dal Sell who preceded her in death in 2015.  She managed the Texas Room in Clinton before retiring in 1999.  She loved cooking and car racing.  She was a Baptist.  She was a member of the Clinton Eagles Club.

Survivors include her son Mitchell (Jerri) Sell of Warsaw; daughter Marsha Earley of Lee's Summit; sister Reitha Brown of Independence; seven grandchildren,  Randi Sell, Sami Sell, Preston Ballard, Makenzi Murphy, Ben Earley, Ian Earley, and Anna Earley; three great-grandchildren, Zoey Lavery, Ezra Ballard and Easton Jurgensmeyer; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other family.

Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Dal, daughter, Dawn Ballard in 2009, two brothers, Raymond and Forrest, and two sisters, Essie Garth and Doris Smith.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton, Missouri.
