Donald E. Green, age 73 of Brownington, Missouri passed away Sunday, August 24, 2008 at St. Joseph Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri.

Graveside services will be at 11:30 A.M. Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at the Maplewood Cemetery, Brownington, Missouri. Visitation will be held 10:00-11:00 prior to the service at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton. Memorial contributions can be made to the Donald E. He worked at Lakeland Schools for 20 years before retiring 13 years ago.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Maryelta on May 14, 2004; his parents; two sisters; and two brothers.

Donald is survived by five sons, Eddy E. Green, Donald R. Green, and Kenneth W. Green all of Brownington, Missouri, Danny L. Green, Kansas City, Missouri, and Mickie E. Green, Omaha, Nebraska; a daughter, Mary E. Eisel, Clinton, Missouri;
three sisters, Ruth Trenary, Joplin, Missouri, Linda Holek, Shawnee, Kansas, and Sharon Kay Green, Clinton, Missouri; ten grandchildren; one great granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
