Diane E. Boehler, 55, daughter of Walter and Laverne (Wagner) Boehler was born January 19, 1960 in Clinton, Missouri. She was the fifth child of nine children. She passed away Friday, May 1, 2015 with her family by her side at AC Manor in Appleton City, Missouri.

Diane loved being outdoors especially with her dog Lady, rocking, swinging, and listening to music with her favorite song being "This Little Light of Mine". She also enjoyed going for car rides with her Dad, Mom, and Brother Jerry while savoring a favorite soda and chocolate bar. Diane lived in a group home in Nevada for many years, and recently moved to AC Manor to be near her family.

Diane was preceded in death by her father Walter; infant sister Annette Boehler; grandparents, Fred and Mary Boehler; Albert and Catherine Wagner; and nephew Dustin Boehler.

Diane is survived by her mother Laverne; brothers and sisters; Susan (Bob) Salmon, Veronica (Gary) Fennewald of Appleton City; Gary (Dorene) Boehler of Montrose; Sandra (Rick) Headley of Nevada; Janice Bratzler of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Jerry Boehler, and Denise (Duane) Jurgensmeyer of Montrose; and a host of nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.

Funeral Mass will be Monday, May 4, 2015 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Montrose, Missouri with burial in St. Mary Cemetery. Rosary will be 9:00-10:00 A.M. prior to Mass. Memorial contributions may be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and may be left in care of funeral home.
