Denise J. (Wilson) Reese, age 81, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at CenterPoint Hospital in Independence, Missouri. Denise's wishes were to be cremated. Denise J. (Wilson) Reese was born October 24, 1938 to Dennis and Opal (Ballew) Wilson in Kansas City, Missouri. Denise held an administrative assistance position with Hallmark for 38 years before retiring. During her retirement, Denise spent her time traveling throughout the county and sailed through the Caribbean. She enjoyed spending quality time with her grandchildren and was very fortunate to be able to do so every year. Denise was an incredible grandmother, mother and friend to those who knew her spirit and will be missed by many.

Denise is preceded in death by her parents, Dennis and Opal Wilson, and brother Dale Franklin.

Denise is survived by her loving husband Don, daughter Kim (David) Corvo, and grandchildren Sophia and Rocco.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home, Clinton. Services are pending.
