Delman E. "Babe" Church, age 90 of Clinton, Missouri passed away Friday, January 7, 2011 at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital, Clinton.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Monday, January 10, 2011 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton with burial in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton. Family will receive friends one hour before the service on Monday at the chapel. Family sugests contributions to the Englewood Cemetery and may be left at the funeral home. Babe was born August 22, 1920 the son of Carleton Wade and Blanche Mae (Murphy) Church. He was an Army veteran of W.W. II. He was a self employed construction contractor.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Thelma Yvonne (Hammons) Church on February 2, 2004 and three brothers, Julian Church, Jack Church and Darrell Church.

He is survived by one son, Lowell Church of Platte City, Missouri; two daughters, Pattie Johnson of Clinton and Vickie Figg of Raymore, Missouri; one brother, Norman Church of Clinton and one sister, Wanda Wilson of Clinton as well as seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
