Debbie was born February 9, 1956 in Charleston, West Virginia to William H. and Mary Wolford (Cox). Debbie graduated from Windsor High School in 1975. In her younger years, she worked in the manufacturing industry. Debbie married Kenneth Creach and he proceeded her in death     May 2015. Debbie's sons and grandchildren were her pride and joy and the light of her life. She placed great value on her family and would do anything for them. Debbie had the biggest heart to serve others in any way she could.

Debbie was a member of Northeast Baptist Church where she made many life long friendships. Debbie truly enjoyed teaching Sunday School. It was humorously noted that she would be the first to arrive at church on Sunday mornings. Debbie also served on many other ministries such as vacation bible school and on the prayer chain. Debbie felt honored to pray for her brothers and sisters in Christ.

As Debbie's health began to decline, she was unable to actively attend church. She went to reside at Westwood Living Center. She soon found her calling there and was actively involved in the ministry there. Debbie was an outgoing spirit and she enjoyed socializing with staff, residents, and visitors who came to Westwood. Debbie enjoyed being involved in all the activities offered at Westwood such as crafting and bingo, and being President of the Residential Association. Debbie will be remembered for her outgoing and at times spunky personality. Her colorful personality could also be seen in the color of her hair.
