David E. Pinkson, age 57, of Calhoun, Missouri passed away at his home on Wednesday, August 19, 2009. Funeral services will be 10:30 A.M., Saturday, August 22, 2009 at the Calhoun United Methodist Church with burial in Calhoun Cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour before the service on Saturday at the church. David was born in Windsor, Missouri. He was an over the road truck driver.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Gaynel Louise Mills and his son, Anthony Pinkston.

He is survived by his father, Charles E. Pinkston of Calhoun; one son, Eric Pinkston of Republic, Missouri; one brother, Jamie Pinkston of Calhoun, Missouri; three sisters, Toni Vickers and Debbie Joy, both of Calhoun, Missouri and Judy Dodge of Paola, Kansas and two granddaughters, Abby Pinkston and Lilly Pinkston.
