David W. Holt, age 46 passed away at his home in Lombard, Illinois on February 1, 2009. Funeral Mass will be at 3:00 P.M. Friday, February 13, 2009 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 919 N. E. 96th Street, Kansas City, Missouri (816-436-9200) Inurnment will be 9:00 A.M., Saturday, February 14, 2009 at Forest Hill Cemetery, 6901 Troost Ave., Kansas City, Missouri. Dave is greatly missed by his daughter, Sophia and her mother, Jenni, his mother, Margie, his father, Bob, brothers, Mark, Jim and Chuck and many family and friends.
