David E. Bailey, Sr. age 52 of Lowry City, Missouri passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at his home. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 25, 2008 at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton with burial in Maplewood Cemetery, Brownington, Missouri. David was born in Deepwater, Missouri. He drove a truck for H & J Trucking, Rockville, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bob Bailey and one brother, Bobbie Bailey.

David is survived by his mother, Mae Ryan and husband, Jim of Lowry City, Missouri; six children,
David Bailey, Jr. of Higginsville, Missouri, Bobbie Bailey of Kansas City, Missouri, Ricky Schmidt of Chicago, Illinois, Dawn Neuenschwander and husband, Kyle, David Schmidt and Kim Dempsey all of Deepwater, Missouri; two brothers, Archie and William Bailey of Lowry City, Missouri; two sisters, Mary Engeman and husband David of Lowry City, Missouri and Bonnie Mittlestadt and husband, Mickey of Cole Camp, Missouri; his life mate, Maggie Schmidt of the home; the mother of his children, Pearl Reimer of Kansas City, Missouri as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunts and uncles.
