Dale Eugene Hubbard, age 88 years, passed away Wednesday, June 1,2016 at his home in Blairstown, Missouri. It was Dale's wishes to be cremated with a private family graveside service at a later date.Fond memories and condolences may be left online at www.vansant-millsfuneralhome.com.

Dale was born to George and Goldie (Harstreet) Hubbard on July 14, 1927, in Coffeyville, Kansas. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and had a love for golfing. Dale was a master mechanic at Peabody Coal until his retirement. He served in the Air Force during WWII, and served in the Marine Corp in Korea.

He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, 1 sister, a daughter Stephanie Shaffer, and grandson Joseph Shaffer.

Among survivors are his wife Angelina Marie (Hegera) Hubbard of the home, 1 son; Allan Hubbard (Cindy) of Lowry City, Missouri, 2 daughters; Debbie Slay (Charlie) of California, and Kathy Hubbard of Clinton, Missouri, 11 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and other family members.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton, Missouri.
