Corasue Thompson, age 56 of Clinton, Missouri passed away Sunday, September 2, 2007 at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital, Clinton, Missouri. Graveside services will be Thursday, September 6, 2007 at 10:30 A.M. at Englewood Cemetery, Clinton. Family will receive friends from 7:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. Wednesday at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton. Family suggests contributions to the Clinton United Methodist Church Music Department and may be left at the funeral home. Corasue was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Susan (Hartley) Batschelet, one sister, Judy Fonke; one brother-in-law, Jack Clay and one sister-in-law, Elaine Thompson.

She is survived by her husband, Bill of the home; one daughter, Heather Winter and husband, Brent and one grandson, Zachary Aidan Winter; one brother-in-law, Jim Fonke; one sister-in-law, Donna Clay, all of Clinton; two nieces, Denise Smith and Carrie Harrod and family and three nephews, Mike Fonke and family, Jed Clay and Matthew Clay and family.
