Clarence Richard Byrd, age 78 of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at his home in Little Rock. Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 15, 2007 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, with burial in the Urich Cemetery. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Home Hospice Care or the Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church Caring Ministries, Little Rock Arkansas and may be left in care of the funeral home.

Clarence is survived by his wife of 56 years, Jean W. Byrd; three children, Richard Christian Byrd, David Walton Byrd, Marian Byrd Bock; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a sister, Norma D. Smith.
