Christopher Dennis Lindsey, age 58, of Clinton, Missouri passed away Monday, August 22, 2011 at his home. Funeral Services will be held at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, on Saturday, August 27, 2011, 2:00 p.m. with interment in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the Clinton United Methodist Church and left in care of Vansant-Mills Funeral Home.

Christopher was born in London, England, the son of Dennis and Ruth (Allen) Eagles. He served in the United States Army. Christopher was married to Penny Sue (Zehnder) Lindsey. He was the owner of Complete Diesel Service, Clinton.

Christopher was preceded in death by his father, Dennis and an infant brother.

He is survived by his wife, Penny, of the home; mother, Ruth Keene of Picayune, Mississippi; daughters Sarah Elizabeth Lindsey of the home, Edwina Taylor of Conyers, Georgia, Kristina Lindsey of Chicago, Illinois; Step-daughters, Amanda Stunz of Clinton, Missouri, Katrina Jones of Superior, Colorado, Donita Birchard and Tammy Birchard both of Osawatomia, Kansas; one brother, Kevin Keene and one sister, Cindy Phillips both of Picayune, Mississippi; another sister Keneta Stinnett of Melbourne, Florida; as well as two grandchildren Kendrick and Charles Stunz.
