Cecilia M. Phipps, age 87, of Clinton, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2015 at her home. It was her wish to be cremated without services.

She was preceded in death by her parents James and Ruth(Hancock) Harman, her husband Harry Phipps, son John Phipps, and sister Isabelle Jones.

Among survivors are her sons Jeffrey Phipps, and James Phipps, daughter Jane Gore, sister Genevieve Reeves, grandchildren Michelle Dell, Aimee Midkiff, Alice Montgomery, Elaine Medd, Kevin Phipps, Michael Phipps, Jeanette Vorgo, David Gore, Steven Wilson, and twenty great-grandchildren.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton, Missouri.
