Carol Ann Higgins, age 59, Clinton, passed away peacefully at her home Saturday, September 5, 2020. Fond memories and condolences may be left at www.vansant-millsfuneralhome.com .  Carol's wishes were to be cremated.

Carol was born November 7, 1960 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma the daughter of Billy and Odessa (Moyer) Gillespie.

She is preceded in death by her father, Billy Gillespie, and a sister, Kayetta Gillespie.

Carol loved gardening and spending time in nature.

She leaves behind her mother, Odessa Engel of Clinton, MO; 2 children, Georgia Vest and William Higgins, both of Clinton, MO, 8 grandkids, 6 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters, Lagena Richards and Saundra Simko, both of Clinton, MO, as well as numerous other family members.
