Boyce Don Smith Jr. passed away Monday April 22, 2024 surrounded by his loved ones. Visitation will be held from 6:00-7:00 PM on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel in Clinton, Missouri. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 3, 2024 also at the Chapel. Burial to follow in the Hickory Grove Cemetery in Urich, Missouri. Memorial contributions can be made to the Hickory Grove Cemetery and may be left in care of the funeral home.

Boyce Don Smith Jr. was born on February 20, 1965 to Elsie Marie Winkler and Boyce Don Smith Sr. He was preceded in death by his father Boyce Smith Sr. and a brother, Ronald Lee.

He grew up in Urich, Missouri farming, gardening, and tending to the Winkler farm. He moved to Deepwater, Missouri and spent a majority of his life being an avid hunter, fisher, and spending his time outdoors. He moved to Texas in 2017 to be close to his family and spent the rest of his days taking care of his two dogs, gardening, spending time with his nieces and nephews, listening to rock music, and tinkering in his shed.

Boyce is survived by his mother Elsie Winkler, his sisters Brenda Bandy, Carol Angel, and Cheryl Lowry, his nieces, Amanda Bandy, Amy Bayliff, Tammy Bandy, Kimberly Ryles, Mckayla Lowry, Stephanie Neuenschwander, Jodie Delozier, Stacey Ford, his nephews, Joe Neal, Jeffery Bandy, Jeremy Kampe, Matthew Ryles, Eric Goth, and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
