Betty J. Mason, age 79, of Calhoun passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at Truman Lake Manor, Lowry City, Missouri. Cremation with no services scheduled at this time. Fond memories and condolences may be left online at www.vansant-millsfuneralhome.com.

Betty was born May 28, 1933 in Troy, Alabama the daughter of Steve and Mary (Sunday) Redmon. She was a member of the New Life Christian Church of Calhoun.

Survivors include four children, Roy Driver (Ronda) of Independence, Missouri, Debbie Adams (Bill) of Lowry City, Missouri, Jaye Hammond ( Bill) of Decatur, Alabama, and Shirley Frazier (Charles) of Northmor, Missouri; four grandkids, Joe Frazier, Sarah Rodriguez, Jessica Staggs, William Adams, Jr.; four great-grandkids, Emma and Atticus Rodriguez, and Memphis and Braden Staggs; and two sisters, Eleanor Lucas and Obera Cohan, both of Century, Florida.

Arrangments have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton, Missouri.
