Archie Harry Gordon, age 71, of Clinton, Missouri passed away Monday, September 6, 2010 at the home of his niece, Gail Mothersbaugh in Clinton, Missouri. Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, September 9, 2010 at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton. Family will receive friends from 7:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. Wednesday at the chapel. Burial will be in the Calhoun Cemetery. Archie was born in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Ira V. Gordon and Abagail M. (Smith) Gordon. He served in the U. S. Army from 1962-1964. He worked for the International Shoe Factory in Windsor, Missouri and later for for Rival Manufacturing in Clinton before retiring in 2000.

He is survived by three brothers, Lloyd Thomas Gordon, Sr, of Clinton, William Henry Gordon, Sr, of Sugar Creek, Missouri and John Arthur Gordon of Harrisonville, Missouri as well as a host of nieces and nephews,
great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
