Anna May Welsh, age 98, passed away Saturday, June 5, 2010 at Golden Living Center-Westwood, Clinton, Missouri. Funeral services will be Thursday, June 10, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Vansant-Mills Chapel, with burial in Calhoun Cemetery. Family will receive friends Wednesday, June 9, 2010 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. The family suggests contributions to the Russell J. Welsh Memorial Scholarship, which may be left at Vansant-Mills Chapel. Anna was born April 8, 1912 in Calhoun, Missouri to James and Laura Belle Cellars Bradfield. She was a seamstress and homemaker. Anna belonged to the Clinton United Methodist Church, D.A.R. and a former member of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by one daughter Carol Wright and husband Bob of Clinton, Missouri and one son Dale Welsh and wife Beth of Palm Coast, Florida, five grandchildren, Lezlee Talbott, Loree Walrath, Jay Welsh, Shannon Welsh, and Jerrod Welsh and seven great grandchildren, Tyler Talbott, Travis Talbott, Kristen Walrath Shockley, Haylee Walrath, Destry Walrath, Eli Welsh, and Phoebe Welsh.
