Anna Delane Bixler, age 80, of Clinton, Missouri, passed away at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital, Clinton, Wednesday, November 18, 2009. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, November 21, 2009 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, Missouri. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Burial will be in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton, Missouri. The family suggest contributions to the VFW Auxillary. She is survived by her sons, Steve Carter and wife Patty and Gary Hook and wife Kathie, both of Clinton, Thomas Schwab and wife Karen of San Antonio, Texas and one daughter Rita Gorham and husband Ronnie of Lawson, Missouri; four sisters Elberta Mitchell of Clinton, Missouri, Madelyn Sparks of Springfield, Missouri, Delma Mantle of Camanche, Iowa and Veldean Stull of Hermiston, Oregon; 12 grandchildren and 18 great grand children.
