Alma Ruth Martin, age 89 of Montrose, Missouri passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at her home. Funeral services will be held at Vansant-Mills Chapel on Sunday, February 1, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. with burial in the Appleton City cemetery, Appleton City, Missouri. The family will receive friends at the Chapel on Saturday from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Family suggests contributions to the Trinity Lutheran Church in Appleton City and they may be left at the funeral home. Alma is survived by her three sons, Delton L. Martin, Larry Ray Martin, and Dale Martin all of Montrose, Missouri; 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
