Albert F. Phillips, age 77 years, of Quincy, Missouri passed away Monday, February 9, 2015 at his home. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 13, 2015 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, Missouri. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Norris Cemetery, Urich, Missouri. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Norris Cemetery and may be left in care of the funeral home. Albert was born October 9, 1937 in Mack's Creek, Missouri the son of Charlie and Mary (Quartz) Phillips. He worked as a welder for over 45 years for Kenworth-Dart Trucks and Russell Stovers companies. He attended Hopewell Baptist Church in Quincy, Missouri. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards, and spending time at the Wheatland Senior Center.

Albert had two sons, James Phillips and Ray (Theresa) Phillips; 4 grandchildren, Kira Hall, Katherine Ross, Samuel Phillips, and Rachel Phillips; and 2 great-grandchildren, Kaydence Zehyner and Kaylee Phillips.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Anna, one son, James William Phillips, one grandson, Samuel Corey Phillips, a brother, and two sisters.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton, Missouri.
